A Study On Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Residents' Satisfaction Of Shenyang Urban Park

Urban park is an important carrier of outdoor recreation activities for residents,and it plays an important role in the strategy of urban green development.However,the design concept of urban park is often inconsistent with practicality.The satisfaction of urban park reflects the quality of park recreation,and measuring residents' satisfaction is of great practical significance for improving the recreational quality of urban park.In this paper,six urban parks with high utilization rate are selected from Shenyang urban parks.This paper selects evaluation indicators of resident satisfaction with Shenyang urban park based on network comments.Through questionnaire investigation of urban parks' resident and principal component analysis,the evaluation index system of residents' satisfaction is built in Shenyang urban park.On the basis of this,the residents' satisfaction is evaluated,and the influencing factors are analyzed by regression analysis and IPA analysis.Finally,the countermeasures are put forward to improve the existing problems in Shenyang urban park.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The evaluation index system for residents' satisfaction in Shenyang urban park consists of 5 influence factor and 20 evaluation indicators.Among them,5 influence factor are: water landscape,plant landscape,service facilities,maintenance management and convenience.(2)In the aspect of water landscape,the residents are not satisfied with South Lake Park(3.377),Zhongshan Park(2.932),Beiling Park(3.477)and Shenyang Expo Park(3.398).In the aspect of plant landscape,the residents are not satisfied with South Lake Park(3.458),Zhongshan Park(3.401)and Wulihe Park(3.085).In the aspect of service facilities,the residents are not satisfied with South Lake Park(3.252),Zhongshan Park(3.193),Beiling Park(3.056),Wulihe Park(3.332)and Shenshuiwan Park(2.748).In the aspect of maintenance and management,the residents are not satisfied with South Lake Park(3.181)and Beiling Park(3.482).In the aspect of convenience,the residents are not satisfied with Shenyang Expo Park(3.189).(3)The overall satisfaction influence factors of the 6 parks has strong differences.But on the whole it shows: the “hard environment”of urban parks has a significant impact on the overall satisfaction of the residents,and the impact of landscape and facilities is greater,while the “soft environment”of maintenance and management is far less obvious than the “hard environment”.(4)The overall satisfaction of different population groups of Shenyang urban park shows the following: in terms of gender,women's satisfaction(3.620)is higher than that of men(3.516).In terms of age,residents' satisfaction aged 45 to 60(3.713)is the highest,and residents' satisfaction aged 15 to 29(3.412)is the least.In terms of career,retirees' satisfaction(3.745)is the highest,and students' satisfaction(3.286)is the lowest.In terms of education level,satisfaction reduces with the increase of education.(5)Among the 20 evaluation indicators of Shenyang urban park,2 indicators of water quality and rest facilities should be improved in the later period,3 indicators of amusement facilities,fitness equipment and parking management should be gradually improved,5 indicators of health status,convenient traffic,ornamental plants,toilets and trash cans,and the convenience is the advantage of the park,and the rest of the 10 indicators doesn't attract the attention of the residents.Based on the results of comprehensive data analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures for improving the quality of landscape,improving service facilities,improving the management mechanism,strengthening department cooperation and focusing on the main residents.This research can provide theoretical and practical guidance for humanization design of urban parks,and can also provide reference for related research.
