Substation plays an important role in the power system and plays a key role.With the construction of "strong smart grid" strategy proposed by the national Power Grid Corp,the construction of smart grid becomes more and more important.It is one of the important work to improve the intellectualization of the substation.In recent years,with the rapid development of various science and technology,more and more automation equipment is used in the process of substation construction and management.Intelligent substation is the future direction of industry development.In the management of substation,the realization of unattended system becomes possible.Each centralized control center takes on the routine work of substation monitoring,switching operation and inspection in the management area.The staff can not monitor all the substations throughout the day.Therefore,the demand for intelligent monitoring equipment of unattended substation is very strong.Since the previous monitoring equipment is limited to the technical bottleneck,it can only achieve very simple alarm prompt,on-site monitoring and other functions,such as video display,illegal entry,entrance guard and other functions can not be realized,which causes the staff of the centralized monitoring center to be unable to master the very comprehensive scene situation and affect the security and management.The efficient and safe work is essential for smart substations.Remote monitoring and operation is the key to ensure the safe operation of substations.In order to improve the security of security technology and integrate the functions of remote monitoring,illegal intrusion identification alarm,entrance guard,real-time alarm and so on,it can effectively reduce the possibility and harm of crime and protect property and personal safety.The recognition of moving objects in intelligent substation video monitoring is particularly important.This paper first introduces the development status of intelligent substation and the development process of integrated video monitoring system,studies the basic principles and system structure of substation integrated monitoring system,online monitoring system and auxiliary monitoring system,and designs its application scheme.At the end of the paper,the advanced application function of video surveillance is discussed and analyzed in detail,and the moving object detection algorithm is studied in depth.based on the advantages and disadvantages of the existing detection methods,an improved algorithm is proposed and simulated.the improved algorithm is tested to avoid " hole" problems and changes in detection accuracy and speed.Intelligent substations have strong information sharing capability,and many advanced methods can greatly improve the traditional substation operation monitoring technology,but some advanced operation monitoring methods have not been used in many intelligent substations in depth to give full play to their designed effects.From the simulation results,we can see that compared with the original algorithm,the performance of the improved algorithm has been improved to a certain extent.This can better promote the combination of remote viewing,illegal intrusion,entrance guard and alarmnetworking systems.on the one hand,it improves the existing functions of the current video system,on the other hand,it also expands the new functions,and strengthens the automatic monitoring function and image recognition function.these optimization measures greatly strengthen the substation’s ability to prevent illegal intrusion,abnormal conditions,theft and destruction,and play a certain reference value for the future work or exploration of the substation video monitoring field.
