In recent years,with the rapid development of China's power grid and the technology,as well as the operation and management mode of power system has also changed significantly.It is an inevitable trend for the future development of the existing transformer substation to transform from the original one on duty to the unattended mode.Unattended transformer substation is an advanced running-and-management mode.Upon automatic control technology,network communication technology and video surveillance technology,the unattended transformer substation can deliver the status of the equipment to the scheduling-and-control center.Therefore,the remote monitoring and centralized control can be realized,and the control and management efficiency is improved,as well as the cost is cut down.The video surveillance system is an important part of the unattended transformer substation.Scheduling-and-control center gets the equipment running status,the image and voice of the surrounding environment and the information of exceptional situation through the unattended transformer substation,which can provide decision information and suggestion for the scheduling-and-control center.The video surveillance system is also named as remote vision system,and the intelligent level of that is the important demonstration of the intelligent level of the transformer substation.Therefore,we present a whole suite of scheme from system design to mobile object detection based on the requirement analysis of the video surveillance system in unattended transformer substation.The primary work of this thesis is as follows,(1)We introduce the video surveillance system,video compression coding,streaming media and video data storage aiming to the video surveillance system in unattended transformer substation.Several technologies,such as quantization coding,motion compensation,inter-frame prediction,entropy coding have been used to ensure the signal quality while achieve higher compression ratio and transmission efficiency.Meanwhile,we use the HTTP/TCP protocols to accomplish the control information exchange between clients and server.(2)Aimming to the intelligentialized identification requirement in the video surveillance system of unattended transformer substation,we study the target identification technology,the method of mobile target detection and faceidentification algorithm,and establish the work flow of the target identification.Then,we use the background difference method to detecte the target,and the background update algorithm and connnected area mark algorithm are presented to discover the abnormal condition and risk objects,then it can send out the alerting information.Subsequently,the use the Ada Boost algorithm to realize the face fixed detection in the video surveillance system.(3)According to the concrete requirement and user survey in the video surveillance system of unattended transformer substation,we give the rule of system design and analyze the system requirement.Then,we establish the whole architecture of the system,which includes main control center,storage server,application server,the front-end vedio seizing equipments,a variety of sensors and data collection modules.And the data collection equipments,servers,storage equipments,entrance guard system,etc.have been designed.At the same time,we design and develop the software modules,such as the client software,server software,the software modules of the distributed resource management and intelligent system management.(4)The realization of the system function has been validated after the design of the system.First of all,the video surveillance functions,such as the adjustion of the brightness,contrast ratio,degree of saturation and colour has been validated and the same as the support ability of the system communication interface.Then,the management functions at server have realized,including the system login,equipment management,user management and the video forward at servers.The functions of the clients,such as the login,log management,the search and download of video,configuration at client,the management and search of equipments have been verified.Finnaly,we test the function realization of the primary function modules,and design the system pressure test architure to carry out the pressure test.The test results indicate that the system characterized as comprehensive function,reliable performance,simple operation,which can satisfy the requirement of video surveillance.We use the newest achievements to design and develop the video surveillance system in unattended transformer substation,and make some innovations and expands,which form a scheme that can meet the application requirement of the unattended transformer substation.The research and development of the video surveillance system have superior theoretical significance and application value.
