In recent years,the power industry has developed rapidly,and the scale of the power grid has continued to expand.With the upgrade and transformation of the power distribution network in the“13th Five-Year Plan" of power development,the construction of smart grids has been promoted,emphasizing the overall improvement of the level of intelligence in the power system and strengthening the overall construction According to the opinions of the substation project,intelligent video surveillance is playing an increasingly important role in the substation.The use of video surveillance systems in substations is an important measure to effectively ensure the normal operation of power equipment,and it is also an important means to realize the unattended intelligentization of substations.This article first introduces the research status of domestic and foreign substation intelligent video surveillance systems,analyzes the problems of unstable image quality,poor real-time performance,and intelligent analysis defects in traditional substation video surveillance systems,and clarifies the importance of designing and developing video surveillance systems.Through the analysis of the system control platform for substation video surveillance,a substation intelligent video surveillance system solution based on Xilinx’s latest generation Zynq-7000 platform is proposed;Then,by studying the color space conversion,median filtering,Sobel edge detection,etc.involved in video surveillance image processing Frame difference algorithm,designed the algorithm implementation scheme of moving target detection,combined with the structural characteristics of FPGA parallel processing,optimized the algorithm processing speed,and completed the algorithm integration and transplantation using reusable IP core design technology;Secondly,in order to meet video surveillance The interface hardware circuit function requirements of the system’s image acquisition,transmission,storage,and display have designed a variety of data interface circuits;Once again,by analyzing the software and hardware design methods,the video processing system architecture is built,and the software of the Zynq-based video surveillance system is introduced in detail hard Collaborative design and implementation of software.Finally,the system platform is built and the scene test and performance analysis are performed to verify.The test and analysis results prove that the intelligent video surveillance system meets the design requirements,realizes hardware acceleration,reduces system power consumption,and presents the actual situation of the substation site environment.Through the real-time detection of moving targets,it effectively judged security risks caused by the illegal invasion of important areas in the station and crossing the dangerous area of the cordon.
