Landscape Design And Research About Urban Culture Square At Wu Gong County

As the core point of the city,the square shows the characteristics of the city’s regional culture,the city’s development with changing of time and the city’s spiritual outlook.A rational and effective planning of the square space of the city will help promote the development of the city’s construction,improve the city service system,increase the happiness of the general public,and promote the rapid development of the city.Through the previous field research,literature research and graphic analysis,the existing resources have been analyzed and integrated to demonstrate the landscape design of cultural square with local cultural characteristics by considering Wugong County’s natural features such as natural landscape,pastoral scenery,farming culture,folk culture and other regional elements.Urban Cultural Square Landscape Design with Local Characteristics.Through reviewing both domestic and abroad literature about landscape design and urban cultural square design,a comparative analysis has been conducted between a preliminary study of Wugong County’s urban cultural square landscape design and the ones in the literature.Accordingly,we can rationalize the plan in the design to serve the users more extensively.The users can be more involved the landscape design of the city’s cultural square by participation and interaction.The study explores the design of the cultural square in Wugong County to create a humanized square space with regional features and cultural connotations.It focus on farming and folk culture,which is the key point of the designing of Wugong County’s urban cultural square landscape.The purpose is to pass on the regional culture of Wugong County,so that it will be a memorable place to the people,make its culture long-standing,and the spirit goes deep into people’s hearts.The following results and conclusions have been obtained through design research and design practice:1.Consolidating the county culture,using the exclusion method to concise the design goals and design themes to establish the design and design system of the city’s cultural square design is an effective way for the square design.2.Wugong County Urban Culture Square is a square design expression target with farming culture as the main cultural characteristic combined with county folklore,landscape,history and other forms.3.The design of Wugong County Urban Culture Square adopts a multi-layered,multielement cross design method to meet the functional needs of the city center’s cultural display.4.The Wugong County Urban Culture Square Design Program was formed based on the concept of harmonious symbiosis.
