China is rich in hydropower resources,and the amount of development and construction is in the forefront of the world.Hydropower is one of the most commonly used power generation methods.It is estimated that hydropower generation will reach 11801 billion kw·h in 2017,with an average annual growth rate of about 7.92% over the next five years.The development prospect of hydropower industry has been promising for a long time.With the expansion of the scale of hydroelectric power,hydropower installed capacity in power grid is become biger and biger,the hydroelectric power of the power quality has a direct impact on the quality of power supply.The power quality is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the power grid and economical use of power equipment by the power users.With the rapid development of economy,our power supply equipment is becoming more and more complex,so power quality problems caused by more and more.Therefore,it is great significance to monitor the power.Aiming at the subject of power quality,an electric quantity measuring instrument based on microcontroller is designed.The hardware part of the electric quantity measuring instrument selects PIC24 F as the core chip,designs the power circuit,clock circuit,reset circuit,A/D module,D/A module,and improves the storage space of the system through the external expansion of RAM.The RS485 interface is designed for the communication between the electric quantity measuring instrument and the remote monitoring computer.This article has completed the design of the software part in the system software of the MPLAB x IDE v3.25 platform.After testing,the electric quantity measuring instrument measures the error of the power indicator within 0.3%.
