Underwater vehicle is the development trend of underwater information operation in the future,this new operating platform has become one of the marine devices that many countries are eager to research and develop.Underwater vehicle technology with high precision underwater operation capability also represents the development level of a country's marine high technology to a great extent.In this paper,according to the control performance requirements of an underwater vehicle steering system,steering console has been developed.And a controller based on PLC is designed.Finally,the simulation test is carried out in the laboratory.First,this paper studied the development status of the underwater vehicle at home and abroad,clearly pointed out the important position of underwater vehicle in the marine defense.And the important function of steering console in underwater vehicle is explained.Secondly,a programmable logic controller(PLC)is used as the core control unit of the steering console;In this paper,the structure? main function units and software modules of PLC control system are designed in detail.PLC control is based on SIEMENS's V13 Botou design,modular programming ideas,the design of the PLC acquisition control software main program and sub program.Thirdly,the stern elevator and rudder and console by using programmable logic controller(PLC)as the core control unit,the composition and structure of PLC control system the main function unit and software module design detail design.Finally,a simulation test is carried out in the laboratory.The test results show that the console meet the control requirements of the underwater vehicle.
