At present,most domestic commercial vehicles use hydraulic or electric hydraulic power steering,including oil pipes,hydraulic oil tanks,hydraulic pumps and many other components.The purpose of this paper is to design a set of functional prototypes of electronically controlled steering system for new energy commercial vehicles,and to set up a control strategy model,applying sliding mode control and permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control to control the motor to achieve electronically controlled steering.The system eliminates the traditional hydraulic device and uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor as the power source,which can reduce system energy consumption and weight,and is compact and efficient.Improved the short board that the traditional electronic control steering system cannot use in commercial vehicles,and laid the foundation for unmanned driving of commercial vehicles.This design of the electronically controlled steering system consists of permanent magnet synchronous motors,synchronous belts and pulleys,ball screw steering actuators,steering motor controllers,sensors and remote controls.When the system is working,the remote controller sends the speed or torque signal to the vehicle controller.After analysis and calculation,the vehicle controller sends the enable signal and the speed torque command to the steering motor controller through CAN communication,and outputs the target current to the steering The motor performs vector closed-loop control to drive the synchronous belt wheel to rotate,and the ball screw moves linearly to pull the straight rod,thereby driving the wheel to rotate to achieve steering.This article mainly designs the electronically controlled steering system based on the commercial vehicle steering assistance requirements.Matlab / Simulink is used to build the electronically controlled steering system model and jointly simulate with Trucksim to verify the corner following performance of the designed electronically controlled steering system.The motor controller hardware uses a DSP28335 chip with a main frequency of150 MHz,which shortens the program running cycle.Use the CCS software development environment to write a vector control algorithm program for the permanent magnetsynchronous motor.Use the sliding mode control algorithm to estimate the motor rotor position and speed.The motor position sensor is eliminated,hardware costs and layout space are saved,and the program is brushed by the simulator.Run into the controller chip and perform the hardware-in-the-loop test of the sensorless control motor.The prototype of the electronically controlled steering system function was trial-produced and the remote control steering test of the real car was conducted.
