The existing home air conditioning systems still have some deficiencies,so this thesis works on improving the existing air-conditioning about some of the technical shortcomings.HVAC relates to the millions of households,and relates to people's health,security,work efficiency and product quality.Also,HVAC is high energy-consuming.It's more than 15% of the total country energy consumption.With China's economic development and people's living standards improvement,this percentage has gradually increased.Therefore HVAC also relates to national energy security,resource consumption and environmental pollution.This thesis studies on a new type of all-outdoor-heat-exchange air conditioning system and indoor air supply mode,including the all-outdoor-heat-exchange air conditioning main machine and air supply system.Among them,the main machine is equipped with evaporator,condenser,air compressor,motor,expansion valve,air filter and piping.In summer condition,air from the room will be sent to the main machine,then it flows through the fan,plate-fin evaporator into the room.Plate-fin evaporator is on the side of the plate-fin condenser.Outdoor air flows through the filter and fan to the plate-fin condenser and transfers heat to refrigerant.In winter conditions,it works on the heat pump mode.The system integrates indoor unit and outdoor unit in a one body,and it is installed at the outdoor,connected to indoor by the duct.This system reduces the cooling loss,improves the efficiency,reduces the indoor noise,improves human comfort.And it has a high degree of integration,small volume.This system is in line with today's and energy-saving and emission reduction theme.
