Big woven bag packaging(25-50 kg capacity)is widely used in building materials,chemical industry,food products and other fields.Bag supply refers to the whole process from the bag box to the feeder.There is a big gap between China's automatic big woven bag supply technology and the world's advanced level.Domestic packaging materials and objects are different from external.There are very few related researches in China although some foreign mature technologies are not applicable or even invalid.The purpose of this study is to further solve the technical problems of automatic woven bag supply.Research on the technology of opening bag by plane friction through experiment.Design reliable and efficient friction bag opening and loading equipment.Design the big bag box expansion device.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)This paper investigated the research background,cleared purpose and significance,determined the actual needs,research content and implementation direction.Through consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad,enterprise research,onsite study and other ways,to understand the existing woven bag automatic packaging production mode and production environment.Identify the reasons why the existing equipment is insufficient to hinder the reliability and efficiency of the bag supply equipment.Clear industry pain points and development direction.On this basis,determine the purpose and meaning of this study,and confirm that the research is closely related to the actual needs.(2)Technical analysis and technological scheme design of woven bag supply.Analysis of flow in the process of big bag supply Analyze and study the reason of the small capacity of the existing woven bag box,and provide the expansion ideas and the design direction of the expansion device.Analyze and study the failure reason of vacuum bag opening,the technology and scheme that may replace the existing vacuum bag opening.As result,determine to use the plane friction bag mouth breaking and opening technology.Determine the technical improvement or alternative direction of bag loading.(3)Research on the technology of plane friction bag mouth breaking and opening.The analysis shows that the plane friction bag mouth breaking and opening may be an effective technology to solve the problem of woven bag opening.Design the experiment methods,and explore the feasibility of plane friction bag mouth breaking and opening.Studied and analyzed the influence of factors such as the pressure position,friction block size,pressure,pulling force,speed and acceleration needed to break and open the bag mouth by using the plane friction Technology(4)Research and design of continuous bag mouth breaking,opening and loading equipment based on plane friction Technology.Based on the production line,process analysis and test results,combined with the tilting crank-slider motion and spring characteristics,the equipment is designed.Analyze the kinematic characteristics of key mechanisms,and finally complete the overall modeling of the device.(5)Research and design of bag supply equipment based on plane friction technology and rotary platform technology.Combined with the rotary platform technology,integrated bag receiving and friction bag mouth breaking station after bag taking in the bag box,further reducing the number of driving link and transfer times between stations.(6)Research and design of the large capacity bag box expansion equipment.Combined with the situation of the production site,this research analyzed the reasons why the traditional bag box capacity is insufficient and needs frequent bag adding by manpower.Design the expansion device of bag box,determine the reasonable parameters and complete the modeling and the key element's strength is analysised.
