Our country is entering the "new normal" economy and gradually moving from factor-driven to innovation-driven.Facing with the new trend of energy development and the change of energy supply and demand pattern,China's energy economy still exist certain obstacles and difficulties in the aspects of internationalization strategic layout,resource utilization,technology research and development and talent training.These obstacles and difficulties make the energy enterprises have to improve the overall quality and ability of the employees in order to achieve the organizational goals.The staff training should adapt to the characteristics of quick technological innovation of the energy enterprises,the wide range of disciplines,the wide range of fields,and the large scope of the market development and so on.Under the current situation of fierce competition in the energy market and enormous demand of foreign market,it is the top priority and the inevitable trend to get through the technology,market,investment bottleneck which restrict the development of energy enterprises by using of limited resources and train the international complex talents who know the technology,be good at developing the market and identify the project through the training mode of "Internet Plus".Under the background of "Internet Plus",this article was guided by staff training theory and research results,based on the actual research,and used of the theoretical analysis method,case analysis method and hierarchical statistical survey method.Taking the G enterprise on behalf of energy enterprise as an example,it describes and analyses the general situation of G enterprises and the status of staff training,and finds out the problems in the training management of the employees of G enterprises by questionnaire and interview survey.Combined with the characteristics of “Internet Plus”,this paper put forward the training management scheme for G enterprise.The specific structure is arranged as follows: the first and second chapters are introduction and related theories of training management.This part introduces the background,significance and ideas and methods of the research.This part also identifies the content of "Internet Plus",energy companies and training management by combining the experts' views with my own opinions,and points out the importance of constructing the appropriate training management mechanism through studying the theory of training management and the domestic and foreign literature review.The third chapter and the fourth chapter are the training status and training management problems of G enterprises.Firstly,it introduced the general situation of G enterprises and the status of staff training.By investigating the results of the analysis of G enterprise staff training management system,existence lack of training target system,lack of training needs analysis,training form is relatively single,training curriculum is not reasonable,lack of employee motivation and so on five big problems.The fifth chapter is the innovation model,construction principle and construction plan of G enterprise training management.This part is based on the training management innovation model of "One center,two main lines and three platforms",following the strategy of the enterprise and satisfying the personal needs of the staff,relying on the Internet training platform to carry out the differential training for individual and position,and strengthening the development of the timeliness and forward-looking Online training courses.This part also establishes four principle of performance evaluation mechanism based on the control of training costs at the same time,and put forward the G enterprise construction plan of the training management under the background of “Internet Plus”.
