The Development Strategy Research On Urban Rail Transition Business Of T Engineering Survey Institute

The period of rapid development of China's urban rail transit is around the corner,which is not inferior compared to the development of the world's high tide of urban rail The development of urban rail transit in China has been strongly supported by the government,and the investment is increasing year by year.Measurement and monitoring of urban rail transit ensure the quality and safety of construction projects.The number of city to promote the rail transit construction is increasing.How to improve efficiency of measurement and monitoring as the premise of guaranteeing quality,improve project management level,is a hitherto unknown opportunities and challenges facing the industry survey of many enterprises.This paper first analyzes the research background,that this research can not only provide the direction for the development of engineering survey,but also can provide some reference for the business transformation of the same industry enterprises.Then,the research started from the theory of strategic and strategic management,analyzed the external macro environment of the current Engineering Survey Institute,from the aspects of politics,economy,society and technology.Using Potter's five forces model,we analyzed the industry environment and the fierce competition,entering from competitors,potential,substitutes,buyers and suppliers.We analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of current Engineering Survey Institute from the angle of internal resource capability and core competence.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of internal and external environment,we used the SWOT analysis model to make the enterprise development strategy to match the Engineering Investigation Institute.We believes that in the field of urban rail transit,the Engineering Survey Institute should take the growth oriented strategy,which supplemented by defensive strategy.On the one hand,the Engineering Survey Institute should take the existing product technical advantages to improve the quality of service monitoring,to consolidate the existing market position.On the other hand,the Engineering Survey Institute should improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,to open up new markets and expand the existing market share.
