Since entering the 21st century,fast,good,provincial space system to complete the development,has become the common goal of the international space industry.The integrated design of the aircraft is of great significance to shorten the development period of the aircraft,improve the quality of the aircraft design and reduce the development cost of the aircraft.In this paper,the aircraft integrated design platform as a research content,from the architecture,data integration,process integration and application integration in four areas to carry out research.Through the analysis of the integrated design process of the aircraft and the DoDAF framework,the platform architecture is described from the three aspects of operation,system and technology.The architecture of the aircraft integrated design platform is formed,and the integration,scalability and reusability are analyzed in three aspects And describe the architectural features.This paper analyzes the data structure of the integrated design process of the aircraft,constructs the global data model view composed of personnel organization,process control,design simulation and product view,and studies the organization and management of the data from the physical storage and security management of the data.The Integrated Data Integration Problem of Aircraft Integrated Design Process.Based on the process integration analysis of the aircraft design,a hierarchical process integration model composed of the project layer,the project process layer and the task process layer is proposed.The design process matrix and the active network map are used to study the process layer and the task process layer modeling method.Hierarchical design process management system to solve the design process of the global monitoring and model level integration issues,to achieve the aircraft integrated design platform for process integration.This paper introduces the integration method of aircraft integrated design platform,which involves the integration of professional modules and the integration of design tools.By integrating the standard specification of data interface,the integration of professional modules such as external,self-compiled and commercial software is realized.The design tool integrates the effective integration of data visualization,parameter research and parameter optimization.Based on the research results of system technology,the integrated platform of aircraft is successfully constructed through the platform framework,software structure,hardware structure and database research.
