In the preparation of machining process for aero-engine, problems such as difficulty in sharingthe data and reusing knowledge, low planning efficiency, etc. can be resulted by large amount ofprocess preparation operation data information which also has many types. According to the practicalrequirements of an aero-engine manufacturing enterprise in the machining process preparationplanning, the thesis conducts in-depth research in the operation data integration of process preparationand a software system for machining process planning is developed. The management level andstandardization of process preparation operation data, the efficiency and quality of process preparationplanning are effectively improved.The main research contents of this thesis are summarized as follows:(1) The operation flow of process preparation is comprehensively analyzed. The operation data ofprocess preparation are organized. The structural and the characteristics of the process preparationoperation data are analyzed. The machining process preparation operation data model, which includesproduct features data model, process designing data model and process preparation resources datamodel of the aero-engine is established in this thesis by using the Object-Oriented method.(2) Combining with the machining process preparation operation data model of the aero-engine,the data management mode of process preparation operation data are proposed, and the databasedesigning is finished. In connecting with a part of the process preparation operation data, which havethe relationships of hierarchy and subjection, the structure of code system based on the part codes, theprocess codes and the regulation codes are designed in this thesis.(3) In order to integrate and share operation data of process preparation, the process preparationoperation data are described by using the XML technology, the operation data integration realizationscheme of process preparation based on XML is designed and the communication and exchangedmethods of different data sources are realized.(4) A system of machining process planning which the operation data integration of machiningprocess preparation for aero-engine oriented is developed. The operation data integration ofmachining process preparation for aero-engine is certified and the standardized management ofprocess preparation operation data is improved by the system. |
