This paper analyzes the information redundancy,the information explosion and information silos and other issues brought by the development of power systems technology,specific to the urgent demand of power enterprise information of heterogeneous data integration,further study of the semantic data sharing method of power system.On the basis on the power industry standard, specific to the two core data sources in electric power enterprise relational databases and XML data sources, come up with emantic data integration method based on CIM model.At first,this thesis studies a series of computer technology for electric power enterprises information integration such as the Common Information Model (CIM), the Resource Description Framework (RDF),etc..Further study of the CIM model specification and the structure of the power system, and according to the semantic web technology and tools, build the semantic data model based on CIM model. Second, on the basis of the standard model, according to the ideas of software engineering detailed design of heterogeneous data source integration system of relational database and XML based on Jena framework.Finally, under MyEclipse development environment, using the Java language and Jena framework, with the support of ontology and reasoning framework, implements the power system standard semantic integration of heterogeneous data, completed the goal of the semantic integration of heterogeneous data and user query, achieve the goal of the electric power data semantic information sharing.The semantic web technology in the application of information integration, brought a new direction for the development of electric power data integration. How to combine the semantic web technology with data integration, apply to power system, realize the goal of power system data sharing is an important part of smart grid development.
