Marshalling station as the basic production unit of the railway freight transport organization and the core of the railway hub,responsible for the task of sending,disassembling,grouping and partially loading and unloading a large number of cargo trains on the railway network,it is the key to ensuring the smooth flow of the road network and improving transportation efficiency,occupy an important position in railway transportation production.Qiaosi Marshalling Station is the largest and most modern marshalling station in Zhejiang Province,although the equipment in the station has been continuously updated over the years,but the device system is updating slowly,dot line capability does not match,causing truck traffic jam,decreased efficiency of disintegrated marshalling trucks,unable tomatch the daily growth of transport requirements of the Railway Administration.To solve this problem,in addition to capacity expansion and renovation of station and yard,the most important thing is to build a comprehensive automation system for the station,further improvement of station automation ? informatization level,thereby improving the efficiency of station de-programming.introducing a centralized dispatching system(CTC),Realize the editing and release of the train operation plan?scheduling command management?management of shunting operations?collection and monitoring of station information.The work of this paper mainly includes the following two aspects: comparison and selection of integrated automation system CIPS and SAM.First analyze the differences in the nature of existing equipment and operations,the advantages and necessity of selecting SAM system for the automation transformation of Qiaosi marshalling station;then through the refinement of the SAM system,the advancement of the equipment compared to the original technology is obtained.In the analysis of the CTC central subsystem,first,analyze the structure function of the station,analysis based on system architecture and functional requirements,function realization through sub-module design,Module is divided into interface display module?mode conversion module?train operation module?shunting operation module?database module five modules to realize Qiaosi marshalling station planning,operation process management and control functions,thereby achieving comprehensive automation transformation.A series of problems such as system maintenance and system transition plan brought about by the comprehensive automation transformation of Qiaosi marshalling station were discussed.
