The road conditions in mountainous areas are relatively complex.There are more dangerous sections of roads such as steep slopes and sharp bends,and there are no systematic and perfect traffic safety facilities,resulting in frequent traffic accidents,endangering people's travel and affecting the economic construction of mountainous areas.Thus,how to effectively prevent and reduce traffic accidents in dangerous sections of mountainous areas has become an urgent social problem.The current road forewarning and lighting system uses the city power to supply power to the system and transmits data via the GPRS wireless network.It has disadvantages such as high cost and low cost,and is not applicable to dangerous road sections in mountainous areas.Therefore,combining the advantages of ZigBee technology and hybrid wind and photovoltaic generation supply technology,this paper designs a forewarning and lighting system based on ZigBee for some dangerous road sections in mountainous and rural areas with an abundant wind and solar energy.The main work of this paper is as follows.(1)Based on the analysis of the existing problems of the existing forewarning security system,and in view of the imperfect power supply and communication facilities in the dangerous road sections of the mountainous area,the overall design of the early forewarning and lighting system for the roads and roads with hazardous sections was proposed.The system consists of wind-solar hybrid power supply and ZigBee wireless forewarning security system.The hybrid wind and photovoltaic generation power supply provides power to the whole system.The ZigBee wireless forewarning and lighting system: Through the sensor nodes arranged on both sides of the dangerous road section to collect the road section information and carry out data transmission in the network through ZigBee technology,main controller to comprehensive analysis of the summary information,if there is danger,then through forewarning device to the vehicles and pedestrians in the road forewarning.At the same time,the system combines LED lights to provide illumination at night.(2)Design the hardware circuit of the system.According to the function of system coordinator,router and terminal node,the circuit is divided into five modules: data acquisition module,wireless communication RF module,the main controller module,forewarning device and lighting device and power supply module.The data acquisition module collects the external information through the microwave sensor,the human infrared sensor and the light intensity sensor.The wireless communication RF module adopts the CC2530 chip to form the ZigBee network and completes the data transmission between the nodes and the communication with the main controller.The main controller module uses MSP430F169 chip to complete the comprehensive processing of information.The forewarning circuit and the lighting driving circuit can realize the forewarning measure and lighting function of the system.The power supply module converts 12 V voltage to 5V and 3.3v voltage required by the system.(3)Realize the system software design,including the system node networking program design,ZigBee coordinator program design and the main controller platform program design.The coordinator establishes the ZigBee network,and the terminal node and the routing node request to join the network.The terminal node and the routing node complete the sensor data acquisition,and send the data to the coordinator,and can also execute the coordinator control command.The coordinator communicates with the MSP430 master through the serial port.(4)Complete the network test,the wireless transmission quality test and the function test of the system,and summarize the content of this article.Through the network test,it is determined that the system can form a stable information transmission network.Through the wireless transmission quality test,the best communication distance of the nodes in the actual environment is determined,the function test is performed in the set simulation test environment,and the reliability of the system function execution is analyzed through the serial port data monitoring of each node.
