| With economic growth boost,the development pattern of China’s construction industry has gradually transformed from the beginning’s extensive to a mature intensive since the opening-up reform.In the field of construction engineering,construction quality management has always been a vital part in the construction process and an important concern in the Government running about people’s livelihood.Ensuring construction quality is not only the goal of construction enterprises,but also the government responsibility in protection of people’s livelihood.Therefore,it is of great practical value to establish a perfect quality supervision system and standardize the quality supervision work.First of all,the background of construction quality supervision in China was described and a review of domestic and international research literature on construction quality supervision was presented.Secondly,three aspects of construction quality supervision system of our country including main body,responsibilities of joining parties,ways and means of supervision were analyzed in a systematic order,and based on the Ministry of housing research data and literature review,the construction quality supervision and standardization in Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen and Wuhan four cities were compared through aspects of legal system,subject,content,procedures and methods,summed up the better approach,to construct a set of standardized model applicable to construction quality supervision of our country.Then an evaluation system model is established according to the characteristics of standardized model and maturity theory,of which the index weight was determined through questionnaire survey and system evaluation method.Finally the evaluation system model was implemented to measure the maturity level of standardization of construction quality supervision on average basis to analyze standardization of quality supervision capability limit,thus put forward the corresponding improvement measures,in order to know the way of efficiency improvement of Construction Engineering quality supervision work. |
