In the high speed reciprocating mechanism,the mechanism often has the characteristics of fast running speed,frequent start and stop.In the moment of stopping motion,the inertia will bring great impact,and the mechanism will produce certain vibration under the impact of the inertia force.For the low speed mechanism,the inherent vibration mode of the structure does not have much influence on the positioning accuracy.However,for high speed operating mechanism,the inherent vibration of the mechanism becomes the key factor which affects the positioning accuracy and positioning time.Therefore,based on the related research projects,the paper studies the influence of the dynamic characteristics of the swing arm structure and the vibration behavior on the positioning accuracy of the swing arm in the high-speed operation.The research contents of this paper are as follows:The factors affecting the positioning accuracy of the swing arm structure are analyzed.The swing arm mechanism is the most important part of the whole machine design.There are many aspects of its positioning accuracy in many aspects.The vibration of the motor drive control,the end of the swing arm has amplification effect on the positioning accuracy of the root,and in the process of operation,the swing arm presents a flexible characteristic.Based on the analysis of the displacement response of the swing arm,it is shown that the natural vibration of the swing arm is an important factor affecting the positioning accuracy and positioning time.Verify the effectiveness of the strain experiment and study the dynamic characteristics of the swing arm at rest.It is very important to obtain structural modal parameters in structural design and evaluation.The traditional experimental modal analysis method is not suitable for the high speed light structure due to the influence of added mass and installation,but the modal analysis method based on strain response can be applied to this kind of structure.Firstly,the modal analysis of the swing arm is carried out,and the structural modal parameters in the static state are obtained and the reliability is proved.Then,the results of the two experiments are compared with the strain modal experiment.The dynamic characteristics of the swing arm mechanism are obtained,and the validity of the strain mode test on the arm structure is proved.Study on the dynamic characteristics of the swing arm structure.The dynamic characteristics of mechanical structure are different from that of the running state in the static state,and the dynamic characteristics are different under different speeds.According to the strain response of the structure under different operating speed,the time domain behavior characteristics are obtained.Then,the dynamic characteristics of the structure under different conditions are compared with the static state.At last,the vibration frequencies of each part of the structure and the influence on the positioning of the swing arm are analyzed.
