Research About Energy Saving Of Automobile-Parts Enterprise Based On Overall Equipment Effectiveness

Green,energy saving and environmental protection are important directions for the development of automobile manufacturing.As the basis of automobile manufacturing enterprises,automobile-parts enterprises have become more and more concerned about energy saving.The thesis takes F automobile-parts enterprise as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of energy saving.The Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE)analysis technology is introduced in the energy saving of enterprise,and at the same time,it is implemented in the press shop of the enterprise and has some improvement effect.The specific research contents are as follows:1.The analysis of the energy consumption of F automobile-parts enterprise has determined the energy consumption structure of the company.The evaluation indicators were introduced to analyze the current situation of energy saving in enterprise,and the OEE analysis technology was introduced into the energy saving of enterprises.Based on the previous energy consumption data of enterprise equipment,a grey GM(1,1)prediction model and a system dynamics prediction model were established to predict the energy consumption-related indicators of the enterprise,indicating that the F automobile-parts enterprise must further improve energy saving.2.According to the relevant requirements and the actual situation of energy consumption of the enterprise,a diagram of the electric energy measurement network of F automobile-parts enterprise was drawn.With the help of the electric energy metering network diagram,the statistics and analysis of the energy consumption of the main secondary energy-using units in F automobile-parts enterprise were carried out.It was concluded that the press shop is a sub-unit with a large energy consumption per unit time,and the demonstration point for the energy saving project of the F automobile-parts enterprise was determined.3.Based on the overall equipment effectiveness,the energy saving work of F automobile-parts enterprise was carried out.Through the calculation of the overall effectiveness of the enterprise’s press shop equipment,the reasons for the low overall effectiveness of the equipment were analyzed.From the reasons for the time loss of equipment,the overall equipment effectiveness was improved.The average OEE change of the equipment before and after the improvement and the effective capacity of the equipment per unit time were compared,indicating that the improvement has a certain effect and can be promoted in the entire manufacturing workshop of the enterprise.
