For tube-in-tube structures, due to the 3~4 meters of column spacing of the outer frame tube, designers usually partially remove some columns of the frame tube at bottom storeys to provide a large entrance to the building. The design code requires that construction simulation analysis for complex high-rise structures must be executed to considering the effects of construction process.Based on this, this thesis carrys out construction simulation analyses on a tube-in-tube structure with partial transfer storey of diagonal brace and discusses the relevant laws which have certain reference significances to the design and construction of this kind of complex high-rise structures. This thesis carrys out construction simulation analyses by using ETABS and it is divided into two mainly parts: 1.During construction, the internal force and deformation calculation results of the structure are compared when ETABS uses the calculation method of once loading and the calculation method of construction simulation loading. The effects of concrete age, shrinkage and creep on the internal forces and deformations of the structure are analyzed;2.During quasi-use,the developments of shrinkage and creep in seven time periods are analyzed and the effects of shrinkage and creep on the vertical deformation of the structure are analyzed. At last, the thesis studies the deformation difference between columns and shear walls and discusses the strategies for reducing this difference.By the research of this thesis, the conclusions are as follows: For complex high-rise structures, carrying out construction simulation analyses is necessary in order to avoid underestimating the internal force calculation results of important components of the structure which are the keys to the structure safety; The effects of shrinkage and creep must be taken into consideration when carrying out construction simulation analyses; After the completion of the structure, shrinkage and creep continue to affect the structure.By the end of the third year after structure completion, for vertical components of the maximum deformation storey, the deformation caused by shrinkage and creep is about 2.8 times of the deformation caused by constant load and at this time, the peak value of deformation difference between columns and shear walls appears in the top storey of the structure; We can seek to reduce the difference from the three aspects of material, design and construction.
