With the development of economy and technology,bridge is not the only way to acrossthe river and channel.Because of the navigation condition and the economy factor,immersed tunnel is a better structure to across the river and channel.Usually,immersed tunnel designed to use more than 100 years,so the creep and shrinkage can make stress redistribution on the steel-concrete sandwich structure.So it's meaningful to research and analysis the creep and shrinkage of steel-concrete sandwich structure.Based on the creep and shrinkage of concrete the main research work is as follows:The stress and strain condition of the steel and concrete sandwich composite structure section under the influence of shrinkage and creep is analyzed with the method of plane section assumption and micro element method.The incremental expression of the creep coefficient is derived according to the effective modulus method of the age adjustment.The shrinkage and creep constitutive elements in the specification are written into the ABAQUS subroutine through the Fortran language,and the accuracy of the model is verified by the existing experiments.A finite element model is used to simulate the structure of the immersed tube by ABAQUS.The structure of the immersed tube is divided into three parts: wall,floor and roof.The influence of different structure sizes,concrete strength and load on the structure is analyzed,and the influence of different factors is analyzed by the reduction factor.The factors affecting the reduction factor are arranged,and the reduction coefficient curve is fitted into the factors,and the two dimensional concrete model and the three-dimensional integral pipe joint model are established,and the calculation results are compared and analyzed,and the feasibility of the fitting formula method is verified.For future projects,we can quickly and accurately calculate the deformation of each control point corresponding to three dimensional structure by establishing two-dimensional model.
