High-rise frame-reinforced concrete core-tube structure system is a new type of structure system developed rapidly in China in recent years.The vertical layout and plane layout of high-rise building structure system are increasingly developing in the direction of ultra-high and complex system.At the same time,there are more and more problems encountered in the construction process,under the vertical load.Due to the different axial stress of each vertical member and the shrinkage and creep effect of concrete,the vertical deformation difference can not be ignored between the frame column and the cylinder.In this paper,the influence of various factors on the vertical deformation of the structure during the construction period is analyzed theoretically,and the corresponding formulas for calculating the vertical deformation are given.Based on the construction characteristics of vertical and horizontal members,the construction process of the structure is simulated by finite element analysis software SAP2000.The vertical deformation and deformation difference of the structure under three working conditions are analyzed.The measures to reduce the deformation and deformation difference of vertical members are put forward from three aspects:material,design and construction.The main work and conclusions are as follows:1.In this paper,the finite element software SAP2000 is used to analyze the deformation of the structure under three working conditions.The actual construction process of super high-rise building structure is simulated,and the influence of service load,elastic modulus of concrete,shrinkage,creep and construction process on vertical deformation of vertical members is effectively considered..2.The effect of loading method on vertical deformation of structural members is discussed,and the law of vertical deformation of vertical members under accurate simulation of construction loading is studied.The vertical deformation results of different loading methods will be very different.The vertical deformation increases with the increase of floor and reaches the maximum at the top of the floor.The vertical deformation of the structure using the accurate simulation construction loading method presents the law of "small bottom,large middle and upper part and small top".The deformation laws of frame column and core tube are different.The deformation of frame column is larger than that of shrinkage and creep in the middle and lower part of floor,and the ratio of elastic deformation to total deformation is about 52%.The shrinkage and creep of the middle and upper part of the floor is larger than the elastic deformation,and the ratio of shrinkage and creep to the total deformation is about 63%.With the increase of the floor,the value of shrinkage and creep of the frame column contributes much more to the total deformation than the elastic deformation.The shrinkage and creep of the core tube is larger than the elastic deformation.Because of the accumulation effect and the lag of shrinkage and creep,the deformation difference of the upper floor increases rapidly,and the deformation difference between the core tube and the frame column increases gradually with the increase of time.3.This paper introduces the concrete method of construction compensation for vertical deformation difference of vertical members,and makes accurate compensation for the deformation of vertical members.On the basis of compensation calculation of vertical deformation and deformation difference in construction,the elevation reservation of the member is carried out actively,so that the deformation difference of adjacent vertical members of the main structure is reduced during the trial period,and the floor tends to be horizontal.At the same time,suggestions on the control of vertical deformation difference of vertical members are put forward from three aspects:material selection,design and construction.
