| In modern society,there is a growing demand for temporary space in function requirements and the replacement becomes more and more frequent,for the scenes like emergency buildings in emergency events or sudden disasters,space for pubic activities of exhibitions and commercial venues,personalized tourism buildings and urban public sketches.As a mature industrial products and recyclable materials,cardboard have good processing performance,mechanical properties and quality control standards.From the point of view of saving resources and reducing the environmental load,undoubtedly cardboard building has the advantage of coping with the demand of rapid construction,carding and analysis of the basic theory of cardboard material,structure and construction method is of theoretical significance for the induction of cardboard building design method under the rapid construction conditions.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the background of the topic,the current research status,the research content and the method,the research object and domain,and puts forward the research frame.The second part introduces the basic types of cardboard materials and design applications,the initial analysis of the impact of processing technology on the application of the building,while the rapid construction of the application scenarios,design principles are summarized,try to find based on the rapid construction of cardboard construction problems,according to The different aspects of the problem,from the material characteristics,structural system,the construction of three ways to discuss.The third part examines the necessary performance indicators of cardboard materials as a quick construction of building materials.Comprehensive paper market conditions,product material characteristics and existing research and case of cardboard materials re-classification,analysis of its architectural application potential and primary selection,focusing on the corrugated cardboard and honeycomb paperboard material properties to further study,describes the existing product performance and the influence of the mechanical properties of the material on the rapid construction is analyzed by the experimental method.The difference between the basic mechanical properties of the material and the different composition of the material is analyzed.The fourth part is based on the idea of force flow,according to the characteristics of force and combined with the functional space type of cardboard building structure system classification and comparison,combined with the material characteristics of paperboard components how to apply to different structural systems.For the rapid construction conditions,to explore higher structural efficiency of the structural selection and more types of structural components to provide a basis for the standardization of design.In the fifth part,based on the analysis of the characteristics and structural system of cardboard,combining with the characteristics of rapid construction,the logical analysis of the composite material,the structure and the construction mode,the paper puts forward two kinds of typical design paradigms for rapid construction of cardboard buildings: plug assembled one and folding type variable one,looking forward to meet the needs of rapid construction of cardboard building design to provide reference. |
