| Fast cement repair material is widely used in various rapid repair works of cement concrete due to its strong bonding strength,high compressive strength and short construction period.However,apart from the performance of high strength,other performance indicators of composite concrete of fast repair material have not been further studied,which can not accurately predict the service life of concrete structure and evaluate its reliability.In this paper,take RRCM research materials as experimental subject,studying the pavement performance of RRCM composite concrete,to provide an important basis for the accurate evaluation of repairing effect of cement concrete building;at the same time put forward the rapid repair construction process optimization scheme of cement concrete,to improve the construction efficiency further,to save labor costs and improve the quality of the construction.In this paper,through the production of two kinds of mixture ratio of RRCM composite concrete and C40 concrete,test were carried out on the shrinkage performance,durability properties(including Resistance to sulfate,water permeability and frost resistance)and the bonding performance of the interface between new and old concrete.The test shows that RRCM composite concrete related properties are better than the C40 concrete,and the RRCM composite concrete shrinkage development law was summarized,the level of sulfate resistance and the grade resistance to water penetration grade and the label frost resistance were determined.Finally,through the investigation of the rapid repair construction technology of cement concrete,relying on Dadukou repair project,the problems and shortcomings of large area and full thickness construction are analyzed,and the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward.Construction in the construction site according to the optimization scheme,it can effectively reduce the time of cement concrete rapid construction and improve the quality of construction. |
