As a traditional industry,road plays an important role in the national economy and society.With the higher requirements for travelling,workers play a crucial role in ensuring traffic safety of roads.In recent years,the grass-roots road maintenance workers have encountered difficulties in recruitment and high turnover rate.As a basic road maintenance company,A company also face the same problem.And because the incentive mechanism of the road maintenance workers are not perfect.In addition,the incentive mechanism can not adapt to the current development needs,working enthusiasm of road maintenance workers affected.The road maintenance workers team appear aging,personnel fault phenomenon.This paper mainly try to investigate the defect of A company in road maintenance workers by questionnaire investigation and statistical methods.Through data analysis,it is found that road maintenance workers are unsatisfied with the four incentive factors,such as work environment,salary and welfare,interpersonal relationship and personal growth.This paper suggests ideas for improvements for A company.As the base of road maintenance companys,on behalf of the Guangzhou road maintenance companys in a certain extent.This paper try to make a research and find some solutions of the incentive factors of road maintenance worker.Moreover,it also try to provide some useful reference for other companys,and also want to arouse attention from the whole society about road maintenance workers.
