Research On Landscape Stimulates The Community Renewal

Since the period of Chinese economic reform,the urban construction are developed rapidly together with the economy,However,there are a certain number of the old communities in today's cities.As these communities didn't reach durable years,the would not be demolished or rebuilt in a short period.They're like urban island and the surrounding the modern city environment.In addition,with the improvement of quality of today's social environment,the community residents for community living quality are also put forward new requirements,both the community service facilities aging,present situation of lack of public space has been unable to meet the needs of the modern life.Based on the background and the author during the period of three years graduate student in Chongqing urban renewal projects in the accumulation of let the author hope that through further summary and research contributions to the research of Chongqing community already transforming little of their own power.The purpose of this study is to regain vitality and to make Chongqing community integrated into the existing urban environment.With this purpose,based on the research of the theory and practice from both local and abroad experience,we found that the current level of economic development and urbanization process in our country is similar to the development of the west country in the 1960 s.The "pocket park" concept can be a good reference to help us solve the “lack of energy” issue in China.From this point of view,we hope to reform the community landscape form a dynamic space,attract foreign workers to enter,formed connected to the city's communication,achieve the purpose of stimulating urban vitality in Chongqing city.Now the issues for Chongqing community can be summed up to three questions: "boundary","single function","messy" environment,and from the three case study analysis proves that these three questions in Chongqing has universality.In order to solve the problem,the author studied on a large number of theories to extract the "suture" concept,and use a metaphor of complexity science,the "injured human body" metaphor into both communities,"surgical" metaphor into landscape transformation,three common problems and for the "cause".In this article,we use a metaphor of design technique from "suture" concept oriented design method.To achieve both the community and the surrounding urban environment "suture" purpose,and to "closed" border "debridement," single "to be" functional "transplant" and "environment messy" environment "plastic" three kinds of surgery.Three kinds of surgical guide landscape change,formed both the community landscape updated three design methods,respectively,"breaking the boundary","functional","innovative landscape".We will apply our research method on the modification project in Changjiang Village,to evaluate the performance of our methods for helping the community fuse into the city and become urban vitality space.
