Landscape Stimulates The Community Renewal

With the rapid development of the city,the city's population continues to increase,new homes construction more fiery.Based on the extreme shortage of land resources,in the process of urban development,the old city problem has been regarded as the first to bear the brunt of the problem.An array of real estate,commercial blocks in the process of building the new town came into being,and the old community is a facelift into a commercial residential area.However,the birth of new things will be accompanied by the demise of old things,the traditional block of the classic style,the old residents of the original living conditions and the traditional community community and neighborhood relations are reduced to the transformation of the "victim." Based on the theory of urban sociology,this paper explores the design method of urban old community landscape renewal with the research results of many old communities in Chongqing,and aims to enrich the systematic theoretical system of urban landscape renewal,Urban landscape design to provide reference.In view of the problems existing in Chongqing and its surrounding old communities,the author starts from the theory of urban sociology,analyzes and summarizes the causes of the problems of the old communities and the needs of their residents.Based on this foundation in Chongqing city to visit the research,and innovative put forward the "incentive" concept.Hope to improve the community through the community to achieve1.to improve the lives of community residents;2.to promote neighborhood relations;3.enhance the quality of space,to stimulate community vitality;4.fuzzy community boundaries,links old communities and Metro and other goals.Thereby promoting the revival of old communities and solving urban problems.This paper is divided into three parts: The first chapter is based on the improvement of the quality of life of the residents in many old communities in Chongqing,and summarizes a set of new urban landscape updates in Chongqing through the search and comparison of the relevant research on community renewal at home and abroad To study practical research routes and research frameworks.The second chapter summarizes the theory of community and urban residents in urban sociology,and analyzes the present situation of the old community landscape in Chongqing,and draws a conclusion on the community culture,community public space,neighborhood relationship,Residents behavior guidance,positive psychological suggestion and other aspects of the design methods and principles.In the third chapter,the author uses the obtained design method to practice the Changjiang Village community landscape update project in Nan'an District of Chongqing Municipality.In this paper,different design methods are proposed for different psychological characteristics and behavior characteristics of different people.At the same time for the Chongqing region unique old community landscape problem put forward a targeted solution.However,the author of the old city update on the relevant theoretical research is not long,so the analysis of some of the problems is not comprehensive,the design method of induction has yet to be improved.
