An Expression Study On Landscape Design Integrating With Regional Features

An expressway service area refers to infrastructure attached to an expressway.Its main function is to offer basic services assuring safe transportation to drivers and passengers in an enclosed environment on an expressway.Economic benefit brought by efficient operation and service of an expressway service area can promote maintenance and improvement of the overall operating environment of the expressway and guarantee traffic safety roundly.With the development of national economy,freeways have been constructed all over the country,so the government starts to pay attention to the development of the freeway industry.With the enhancement of the material standard of living,people start to pursue the quality of culture and entertainment.More and more families buy cars and drive them on freeways between cities during holidays and festivals.Hence,the status and functions of freeways become increasingly significant.Thus,research and innovation of landscape design of expressway service areas not only need to perfect basic function of sites,but also need to integrate design with regional features,leading to a humanized,ecological and sustainable landscape environment.The purpose of landscape design of an expressway service area is to guide people to usage of site function and provide regional instructions of services,such as catering,shopping,leisure activities,vehicle repair and accommodation,for drivers and passengers.Due to the increasing needs of people,a designer should consider both physiological and psychological needs of users in the overall landscape design,so that multiple objectives of the design,including establishment of reasonable basic function,landscape design with regional features and a good ecological environment etc.,can be achieved.Therefore,in order to ensure optimization of environments of the service areas and meet needs of users,it is necessary to carry out comparative investigation and applied research on landscape design of expressway service areas.By analysis and research of status and problems of landscape design of expressway service areas in Chongqing,this paper stressed influences of regional features on overall landscape design of service areas and analyzed innovative techniques of landscape design of expressway service areas in Chongqing.The main research objective of this paper was to study how to integrate Chongqing's regional features with landscape design.This paper aimed at developing reasonable and convenient landscape design and ecological sites of expressway service areas and offering healthy and comfortable experience to drivers and passengers.Finally,this paper carried out further analysis and explanation by taking the application study of landscape design of the Zengjia Service Area of Chongqing as an example.In addition,this paper summarized methods of integrating landscape design with regional features of expressway service areas and forecast future landscape design with regional features for expressway service areas.
