Research And Development Of A Building Construction Cost Control Of Research

With the development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the construction industry has entered a period of rapid development.Due to low price bidding and low industry threshold,the profit of the enterprise is reduced and the cost control of a project b ecomes the focus of construction enterprises.Implementation stage is the construction stage from drawings to entity which is the largest phase in terms of cost of construction projects.so as for most construction enterprises,it is an important topic to think about how to reduce the project cost and improve the cost control.At present,construction cost control still follows the traditional way and the data collection and analysis is less in the construction process.In this situation,construction enter prises need to discover the suitable method for cost control.This paper is around the center of cost control to analysis research and development of the A building and enhance the level of cost control.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and pu rpose of the research,and provides a theoretical basis for the study of the following paper by reviewing the literature and construction cost control at home and abroad.Secondly,it introduces the research and development of the A building project from t he project overview,characteristics,construction environment and construction organization.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of cost control.Then,the cost control problem is solved by established cost control plan.Finally,the cost control measures are provided from two perspectives of W construction company and the A building project.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical guidance for research and development of A building project.At the same time,the W construction company can benefit from the paper on cost control in the future so as to promote the enterprise competitiveness.
