With the engine power of large power vehicle,the degree of electrification and the comfort requirements such as air conditioner are improved higher and higher,vehicle is already a huge heating body,so the requirements of engine cooling system become higher and higher.In the traditional engine cooling system,the cooling fan is connected with the engine crankshaft through belt transmission directly.Because of the limits of the engine rotational speed,the fan speed can not regulate itself.When the engine starts in cold,because of the action of cooling pump and cooling fan,the heat around the cylinder will be taken away quickly which lengthen the engine preheating time.When the engine is working in high load and high speed,and suddenly become into idle,the rotation of pump and fan is reduced,and the excess heat can not be dissipated,causing the engine overheating.It not only reduces the effective power of the engine,and increase fuel consumption.Therefore,the development of related technology of engine cooling system has important significance to improve the overall performance of the vehicle to ease the tension,the problems of energy and reduce the pollution of the environment.More adaptable to ambient temperature and the use of changes is the development direction of the engine cooling system.In order to realize the control of the temperature of the heavy-duty vehicle engine in the appropriate range,this article will develop the intelligent cooling system for the high-power vehicle engine according to the working condition of the heavy-duty vehicle.First,according to the vehicle's power demand and the use of the environment,to determine the hydraulic cooling drive,electro-hydraulic proportional valve cooling fan drive program,and the corresponding spatial structure layout,calculate the engine heat load characteristics,the best control temperature,cooling medium thermal characteristics and Cooling system characteristics such as engine cooling system simulation required parameters.Using Amesim software to establish the model of vehicle and engine thermal management,the hydraulic system model was used to analyze the debugging characteristics and response characteristics of the hydraulic drive fan under various working conditions.Simulink control model of hydraulic drive and adjustment device is established by multi-objective fuzzy control method.The performance of the engine cooling hydraulic drive fan and electrohydraulic proportional valve and the temperature control of the engine water temperature were studied by using the joint working test platform of AMESim / Simulink combined with simulation platform and engine cooling and cooling system.The high-power engine cooling system developed in this paper can effectively control the engine thermal equilibrium temperature in the temperature range of 90 ~ 92 ?,reaching the optimum temperature range of the engine to meet the design requireme nts,and it could be used for the design of other heavy-duty commercial vehicle cooling cooling system.
