The research target of this subject is based upon the 16t/h Batch-type Aluminum Ingot Cooling Conveyor of Casting Machine.To aim at the problems of the traditional Driving Modes and analyze comprehensively in the following aspects,which including how to improve the system's operational stability,the selection of the optimum control modes,the life span of the components,the controlled resolutions, the productivity effects and so on.This paper stands on satisfying the machine's operational stability,to decrease the operational errors,improve the response speeds and the controlled resolutions,to achieve saving energies,to be repaired easily and increase the productivity effects.Finally,looks for a reasonable Driving Mode for the machine.According to the functional requirements of the Batch-type Aluminum Ingot Cooling Conveyor,designed out the hydraulic system schematic diagram.By means of the working conditions and load characteristics of Batch-type Aluminum Ingot Cooling Conveyor,figured out the major parameters and choose the suitable components for the system.Referring the experimental results in the Batch-type Aluminum Ingot Cooling Conveyor,comparing the characteristics of Meter-in and Meter-out circuits in this machine and taking into account the machine's operating mode,for the hydraulic system selected the suitable throttling governing mode.After analyzed the system, mathematical models had been established and transfer function was turned out by deduction.Then Simulink tool of Matlab software was used to make dynamic characteristic analysis and simulation experiment.In the simulation courses,many specific conditions had been considered,before did the simulation experiments,the parameters would be set.By comparing the simulation results of High-speed hydraulic motor with large speed ratio speed-down machine and Low-speed hydraulic motor with small speed ratio speed-down machine,finally selected the optimum Driving Mode for the Batch-type Aluminum Ingot Cooling Conveyor.In the practice,some of the parameters in the hydraulic system of Aluminum Ingot Cooling Conveyor are still to be estimated by experiences by the designers. Therefore,it is bound to waste of much energy.Nowadays,encourage to save energies has become a focus in our society,so the studies of this paper will bring forward some social meanings,meanwhile,what had been mentioned in this paper,such as some studying methods and conclusions,could be regard as theoretical references on the researching and developing of the Batch-type Aluminum Ingot Cooling Conveyor in the future.
