The prevention and treatment of chronic tuberculosis has always been a topic of great concern to experts and scholars at home and abroad,but most of them remain in the experimental research stage,and the targeted practical research is too few.At present,the treatment mode for non hospitalized patients is still followed by the mode of drug treatment,that is,DOTS treatment system.The patient is required to take the medicine to the hospital on time and in time,and the medicine is taken under the supervision of the doctor to confirm the completion of the medication.This medication model is not only time-consuming and laborious,but also the risk of cross infection between doctors and patients,the patient's privacy in the process of medication can not be protected,and a long time between the hospital and the treatment mode between the residence is also easy to make patients with conflicting emotions.So you need to find a way to make the doctor relaxed and the patient be willing to accept the treatment.In response to this urgent issue,this project aims to design a set of intelligent medication system for adjuvant treatment of chronic tuberculosis patients using embedded technology and smart hand-held devices.This system mainly includes the intelligent kit for assisting patient taking medicine and the Android mobile APP software for doctor-patient supervision and communication,and applies the concept of smart medical treatment to the treatment of chronic tuberculosis.The main research contents of this project include: using Solid Works to complete the external structure of the medical kit Design and stress analysis of the part that needs to be stressed locally,which mainly includes the structural design of the drug storage part and the mechanical analysis of the self-locking device.Altium Designer is used to complete the selection and analysis of the hardware components of the control circuit and the corresponding circuit design,mainly including STM32F407ZET6 Chip circuit,drug sensor circuit,wireless Bluetooth communication circuit;using MDK software platform and C to design and development of intelligent kit hardware control program editor,the main program include drugging process,the motor lock switch,drug induced scanning module programming control and so on;use Eclipse software development platform and the Java to complete Androidmobile APP design,mainly smart kit and mobile APP to achieve Bluetooth data exchange and control program design.In view of the improvement of the existing mechanical treatment,the ultimate goal of this intelligent treatment system is to achieve the patient's own medication,doctors remote supervision.The rescue of doctors and patients from the previous complex DOTS treatment system can also provide a reference for the treatment of other chronic diseases.Intelligent use of current popular handheld devices to complete non remote supervision and intervention in self medication process,not only can save a lot of manpower and resources,but also alleviate the current shortage of medical resources,to play multiple purposes in the treatment of chronic diseases.
