With the development of science and technology changes with each passing day, then there is the rapid development of economy and the improvement of life quality, the way people to travel and efficiency is higher and higher requirements, such as airplane, train transportation with its high speed greatly save travel time, thus get the favor of people. And threaded connection in the application of these technologies is very extensive, use quantity is more special. Usually, threaded connection is generally used in an extremely important parts, so the performance of the threaded connection is directly affects the service life of these modes of transport,so should put forward higher requirements for the threaded connection design,the design of threaded parts must have reliable performance and long service life, simple structure, lighter quality.Although common thread connection has self-locking, however when under the work of changing load, larger impact or vibration and the action of big changes in temperature, threaded connections of prestressing force can lead to decline, let threaded connection loose. In practical use, the accident of tablet and person is common because of the fitting’s loosen and falling off,. So, it is an important problem worthy of our in-depth study to effectively solve the threaded connection locking. People’s eager expectation is both increasing the size and weight of the threaded connection, and additional locking measures as well as in the case of ensure the strength of the threaded connection, by changing the way of threaded connection form for improve the ability of connecting thread locking, So this paper research content is as follows:Different with the ordinary thread locking, the locking structure is without changing the length of the bolt and the strength of thread connection, there has a certain width of the groove in internal thread of the end of loaded bearing surface, embedded in the slots with a nylon ring bumps, Uses the elastic deformation of the nylon ring itself, regardless of the load threaded connection under, there always has a hold force to the bolt threads, so as to effectively play the role of thread to relax.
