With the rapid economic development and the increasing of electricity consumption,the development of large turbines is particularly important to meet the needs of social electricity consumption,at the same time,it also poses a higher challenge to the structural design of the turbine.As an important part of the turbine,the reasonableness of distributors design affects the safety and stability of the turbine directly.In this paper,a series of research is carried out on the position relationship of the transmission mechanism,and the clearance value of the guide vane,calculation of the operating oil pressure of the servomotor,the static and dynamic analysis of the structure of main parts.At last,the performance of distributor verified by the real experiment is explained in this paper.In this paper,the relationship between guide vane opening and servomotor stroke is calculated by theoretical analysis,which provides reliable basis for the accurate adjustment of the flow rate and rotation speed.Obtained by calculation and model experiment method of measuring guide vane in the process of the switch resistance moment,on this basis to determine the implementation guide vane switch when the servomotor device piston diameter and hydraulic operation,to ensure the reliability of the operation.In order to keep the guide vane in the whole position without water,the end clearance of the guide vane under the water pressure and the clearance of the facade are calculated,and the experimental verification is carried out.The structure type of head cover,bottom ring and control ring is determined by analogy method,and three-dimensional structure design is carried out.ANSYS software is used to analyze the main components of the distributors,and then analyze the structure of the head cover and bottom ring to improve the operation speed.The stress,strain and other performance indexes of the head cover,bottom ring and control ring under different working conditions are verified.The vibration frequency and vibration mode of the head cover are obtained,and the dynamic performance design requirements are verified.The experiment platform of the distributor was designed and built,and the design requirements of the guide vane were met through measuring the end face of the guide vane and the clearance of the facade.Through the motion experiment of the transmission mechanism,the value of the guide vane in different Angle of rotation was measured,and the calculation relationship between the distance of the servomotor and the opening of the guide vane was verified.Experiment on the real machine after the installation of the hydraulic power station,when the unit is turned on and off,the oil pressure of the servomotor is measured.The results show that the guide vanes can be successfully opened and closed under various working conditions,and the operation of the distributor is reliable.
