Hydropower house's construction of pelton turbine applied in high water head doesn't need giant dam. Flux for generate electricity is also smaller. So taking in account of Environmental protection, it prevails against hydropower station. The development tendency ofpelton turbine is to high water head and big capacity. Traditional horizontal turbine will be replaced by vertical unit with more nozzles because of its simple structure and easy operration.Distributor is the inportant overcurrent assembly of the impluse turbine. Distributor and the nozzle steel of pelton turbine much different from normal spiral case is complex in structure and the stress and strain. How to reasonable optimize and design is the pivotal problem of safe operation for Hydropower station. So we should take much deep study to the load conditions of the distributor structure.Therefore, this paper is focused on the above questions and predecessors' experience. Based on Allai Khhwar Project, the following aspects about distributor structure of pressure holded are studied:(1) Comparing the operating condition of units, stress and displacement state of the distributor and surrounding concrete under different water pressure, so as to optimize the pressure value of the distributor in Hydropower Station when concrete is placed.(2) Basing on the pressure holded selected, studying stress distribution of the distributor and reinforcement, cracking development of surrounding concrete and the max crack width by means of 3-D non-linear finite element analysis to obtain the influence regulation. And also this can obtain feasible reinforcement amount and arrangement.(3) Basing on the rational rebar ratio selected, studying the infection to the beating ratio, distribution and expansion of cracks in different pressure holded. And also checking the rationality of the pressure holded selected.(4) Loads caused by variety of temperature take important fountion that can't be neglect. Calculating the thermal stress and strain of the distributor and surrounding concrete under the temperature load, to study the effects under temperature load, and the effects to the reinforcements of the structure. In the paper, the optimize pressure holded; 3-D non-linear finite element analysis; temperature analysis of the distributor structure are studyed. It is expected that the valuable suggestions could provide the reference for the other Hydropower station of pelton turbine.
