Research On Environmental Optimization Of Harbin Qunli Sport Park Based On Post-occupancy Evaluation

China’s mega cities have huge population and high built-up environment density,but their public open space is very limited.Therefore,the use of public open space is usually high,and holidays are very crowded.For example,in urban parks of different sizes and quality,the composition of the crowd covers different age groups,cultural levels,and income levels.In terms of utilization rate alone,public open space usage rate is very high,parks are very popular,resources are not idle like most foreign parks,and they are used effectively.According to the "Public Space",these parks are relatively successful,with the use rate as the evaluation standard for public open space.But is the high use rate really the only criterion for park evaluation?The theoretical basis of this article is the use of post-evaluation(POE)and incorporates Maslow’s needs theory and site theory.The research starts with a program survey,then collects and collates the data,further analyzes the data,comprehensively evaluates the use of the park,and makes recommendations.This article selects Harbin Qunli Sports Park as an empirical research object,and comprehensively considers the use rate and the extent to which the park can meet the needs of the crowd,and provides targeted improvement suggestions for the park.Based on the post-use evaluation method and the demand theory,this study plans the post-use evaluation of urban parks.The program consists of the following three parts: First,a preliminary analysis of the internal and external environmental characteristics of the park is carried out in terms of overall structure,land use configuration,infrastructure,design of Anxian County,and landscape greening.At the same time,the user’s behavioral characteristics are analyzed and evaluated;then the park is divided into Different theme functional areas allow users to evaluate and analyze the different districts for satisfaction.Finally,according to the demand theory,users can evaluate the park’s reachability,safety,comfort,practicality and sense of place.After the evaluation of the Qunli Sports Park through this evaluation program,the results show that the park has a high rate of use and has a relatively rich function of activities,mainly in leisure and sports and fitness;the users are mostly middle-aged people.However,at different times,the gender ratio of users is different from that of their ages.There is no difference in the time when people use the parks.Data analysis shows that the lighting methods,leisure space,and evaluation of users’ spatial satisfaction are more important.The results of the comprehensive evaluation of users’ needs in Qunli Sports Park are as follows: Qunli Park has higher external accessibility,but internal accessibility is lower;safety and comfort are well evaluated,but some zonings are still defective;space scale Smaller,less practical space,and lack of park facilities;the overall atmosphere of the park is good,but the sense of place is not strong,and cultural elements are lacking.Finally,planning suggestions are made on the improvement and improvement of the park’s environment from land use and spatial structure issues,landscape organization,visual elements and effects,environmental facilities,and details of sketches.
