As a material handling,loading and unloading machinery and equipment,the flat tower crane has the characteristics of large lifting range,high lifting efficiency and convenient installation.It is widely used in various industries of the national economy.For the flathead tower crane,the luffing system running trolley's self-weight load directly affects the lifting performance of the flat-head tower crane,and then directly affects the tower crane's carrying capacity.Therefore,based on the 2000 tm flat head tower crane as the research object of the thesis,the strength,stiffness and dynamic characteristics of the running trolley under actual working conditions are analyzed by ANSYS finite element software.The weight of running trolley is reduced by continuous optimization design to improve the overall performance of tower crane.The flat-head tower crane luffing system operation is designed and the design basis and method of the whole and structure are introduced.Through the calculation of load and the force analysis of the structure,the performance requirements of the metal structure of the trolley running on the system are preliminarily verified.The finite element model of the metal structure of the trolley running in the luffing system was established.The static analysis and modal analysis of the structure were carried out.While the structure was verified to meet the static strength and stiffness requirements,the maximum deformation point and the dangerous point are found.Through prestressed modal analysis,the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the first six modes are studied.Therefore,it is concluded that the low-order mode determines the main dynamic performance of the metal structure of the trolley.On the basis of static analysis and meeting the requirements of strength and stiffness,the topology optimization module of ANSYS is used to optimize the metal structure of luffing trolley so as to reduce the weight of running trolley.The ADAMS software is used to analyze the dynamic response of the running trolley during the starting and braking process and to check the strength of the metal structure of the running trolley during the braking process to provide reference for structural analysis and optimization design.The above research provides a basis for the improved design of the 2000 tm flathead tower crane running structure,which helps to effectively reduce the weight of the boom and the cross section of the tower crane and enhance the overall performance of the tower crane.
