| Static wireless charging technology for electric vehicles has gradually mature d,and dynamic wireless charging technology has gradually become the future direction of development. The integrated monitoring system is an important part of the dynamic wireless power supply test line for electric vehicles, and the research applicable to wireless charging monitoring systems is still at the initial stage. For the charging mode and information transmission mode, the wireless charging unit device mainly realizes the charging function. The charging control, identification, metering and charging functions of the wired charging pile need to be implemented in the wireless charging monitoring room and the remote monitoring platform. For the monitored data, the wired charging and static wireless charging vehicle running and charging status do not occur at the same time, and dynamic wireless charging needs to monitor the charging status of the running vehicle, and the design of the monitoring system is also more complicated. For the object of service, the monitoring system for wired systems has developed very well.Charging piles monitor the supply side and the charging status of the vehicle. The vehicle terminal monitors the running and charging conditions of the vehicle.Dynamic wireless charging not only needs to provide monitoring data of the charging equipment to the charging facility operator, provides vehicle monitoring data to the vehicle user, but also comprehensively monitors the charging equipment and vehicle information, and provides comprehensive data to the developer for monitoring and an alysis.Based on the characteristics of dynamic wireless power supply, this paper designs a set of monitoring system that integrates the on-site monitoring system with the remote monitoring service platform, and comprehensively monitors, manages the vehicle and charging equipment, and implements some of its functions. The system serves developers, charging facilities operators, fleet owners, single vehicle owners, and visitors. It has a certain role in the development and industrialization of dynamic wireless power supply technology for electric vehicles.First of all, this paper designs the overall structure of the power supply integrated monitoring system, and analyzes the underlying data flow of the site monitoring part and the remote monitoring part. The field monitoring part includes several functional subsystems of the billing system, the charging system, and the on-board system, demonstrating the charge control logic, the energy flow state determination logic, and the information flow. The remote monit oring part includes the Internet of Things cloud platform,database,front-end,etc.It shows the flow of information and user control of the system.Secondly,in the on-site monitoring part, this paper mainly implements the human-machine interface, data backup and recovery, and data remote transmission in vehicle-mounted and charging systems. The vehicle controller and ground controller acquisition function is designed and debugged, and the collected vehicle data and charging equipment data are displayed on the vehicle and ground human-machine interface. The request charging function is sent through the man-machine interface, the controller obtains the balance and judges other charging conditions so as to open the inverter source and charge the vehicle. The backup data is backed up in the monitoring room upper computer to restore the missing data to the remote database. Then, the data is transmitted to the One Net cloud platform(China Mobile Internet of Things Open Platform)through the GSM module to realize on-site and remote interconnection.Third,in the remote monitoring part, this article mainly designs front-end and remote databases. The front-end design is divided into five types of data permissions, providing charging device data to charging facility operators, providing vehicle data to group users and individual users, providing comprehensive data and management functions to developers, and providing only major functions for visitors. The database also designs charging facility data, fleet data, and v ehicle data from charging facility operators, group users, and individual users. Finally, test the man-machine interface, backup data, data forwarded by the One Net cloud platform, data stored in the database, and analyze the stability and accuracy of data transmission, processing, and storage of the entire system.Ultimately, the integrated monitoring of the dynamic wireless power supply system of the electric vehicle is finally realized. |
