Research On The Planning And Design Of Aged Apartment Combined With Medical-nursing

China has entered an aging society in the 2000,and the endowment problem has become a common concern of the whole society.In recent years,with the progress of the times,the improvement of people’s quality of life,the change of family structure,the development of medical technology,the model of the combination of home and community endowment is gradually accepted by people,and the endowment mode of medical and nursing is rising,and will become one of the mainstream endowment models.In this paper,a new type of medical care for the elderly residential areas as the object of study,on the basis of concept definition,literature review,Case analysis and questionnaire survey,according to the present situation and existing problems of existing endowment residential area and supporting facilities in our country,the basic theory of architectural discipline is applied to the integration of overall planning and building monomer design.This paper explores the strategies and methods of old-age residential district planning and old-age architectural design under the mode of medical-culture combination,and makes an empirical study on the project of the elderly residential district of Daxing-Yi-Nian yuan in Beijing.The paper concludes that: in the family endowment mode,we should pay more attention to the actual needs of the elderly,realize the active intervention of medical care,and achieve high quality and efficient endowment level.It is hoped that the research results of this paper will be of some reference value to the old-age residential planning and the old-age apartment design in China.The thesis foles into seven chapters.The paper first expounds the research background,objective,meaning,content,method and technical route,define the related core concepts,summarize the relevant research at home and abroad,and construct the whole research frame;Then,the present situation and problems of the existing endowment housing and facilities in our country are analyzed,and the necessity and feasibility of combining medical and nursing with the old ones are proposed According to the basic theory of architecture discipline,combined with the relevant case analysis,the paper sums up the planning principle,prophase strategy and design method of the old age residential area,and studies the design of the oldage residential area overall planning and the old-age apartment and its supporting facilities.On the basis of the above work,the author combines the theory with practice to carry on the empirical research from the design level,combining with the old residential area project of Daxing Yi Nian yuan in Beijing,finally,concludes the full text,draws the conclusion,puts forward the innovation point,and forecasts the follow-up research.
