Study On Design Strategy Of Hospital Building For Earthquake Relief

With the arrival of a new round of active periods of disasters,major disasters frequently visit all over the world.Urban expansion and industrial development have destroyed the ecological balance.And sustained global climate change is also taking place.Catastrophic changes are coming unconsciously.Meanwhile,human society is closer than ever before.The damage caused by the disaster is even greater,and the range of damage is also wider,especially earthquake damage.Faced with this situation,various types of medical institutions that are an important force in disaster relief cannot fully guarantee effective rescue in disaster.There are often cases of medical incapacity for various reasons.Based on the above background,this paper takes effective medical rescue as the target of general hospital design.Exploring the positioning of hospital for disaster relief and the design strategies to ensure the effective medical rescue under the current emergency rescue mechanism and medical rescue level in China.Earthquake is the main research disaster category in this paper.And general hospitals at the secondary and tertiary levels are the main research object.The full thesis is divided into five chapters.Chapter One mainly explains the research background of the project,and define the scope of research.Illustrate the research status,purpose and meaning,innovations and methods.Build the frame of this paper.Chapter two describes the current situation of hospitals response in the face of disasters,major earthquakes at home and abroad.Summarize the performance and causes of medical disability.Chapter three discusses the requirements for hospital earthquake rescue,and analyzing a hospital cases that rescue successfully in earthquake.These are the foundation of the next part.Chapter four explores the design strategies for effective medical rescue,and clarifies the location of the hospital for disaster relief from functions and scale.Raising the design principles of hospital for effective rescue.Trying to put forward some improved designstrategies from five relevant aspects.Chapter five is the summary of the above research and the prospect of the future research.
