Infrastructure investment increasing in our country, the highway traffic not adapted in relief, but load has increased dramatically, thus more attention paid to the highway reconstruction project. The construction area of highway reconstruction will cause the change of the existing road traffic conditions, will inevitably cause problems such as congestion and traffic capacity decline; Especially in reconstruction projects have the high slope of highway roadside, which will involve the high slope blasting construction, the traffic organization for security in highway reconstruction project has put forward higher requirements. At present most of the projects of the highway traffic construction organization plan is to keep the strategy of construction and traffic work in the same time, but high slope blasting construction must temporarily disrupted the highway traffic, highway road exist multiple stone slope need blasting at the same time, from the construction period, traffic organization, such as the point of view, how to consider the road traffic organization of high slope blasting process from the whole perspective of consideration needs further research.At present, the domestic and foreign scholars mainly focus the traffic organization on the construction area of highway reconstruction and obtained many research results, this article specific research the traffic organization problem of the high slope blasting construction on the basis of research in the traffic organization about the construction area of the highway reconstruction. Based on the highway reconstruction section from Liuzhou to Naning, through the area investigation,research, theoretical analysis and modeling methods established the construction unit model of highway high slope blasting, to explore a long highway section area of the traffic organization under different combination unit model and so on.With the combination of the project for depth research, the main research results are as follows:(1) first to analyze the influencing factors on traffic flow of expressway reconstruction projects, including traffic, speed, vehicle composition, service level the four influencing factors; Established highway traffic flow forecasting model for the highway traffic flow forecasting, to determine the high slope blasting time, to avoid repeating the high slope blasting traffic survey;(2) To establish the unit model of highway high slope blasting construction area, mainly divided into warning area, buffer area, blasting safety control area and construction area,through the theoretical calculation to determine the length of the warning area under different speed limit, the safety distance of blasting safety control area and so on;(3) To analyze the speed limit of the high slope blasting construction area unit model, to research traffic signs and contingency plans based on high slope blasting construction at the same time;(4) To analyze the blasting construction area unit model under different combination,determined the blasting construction area roads traffic flow length and the blasting construction area traffic organization under the different combination model;(5) Do the instance analysis on highway of Liuzhou to Nanning(K1276 + 300 ~ K1379 +301.34), divide the road section into the blasting construction area unit model under different combination, the application effect is remarkable.
