| The Sino-Thai high-speed railway project has changed in the content,the frequency of changes is high,and the project has been engaged for so long time.In addition,the concept of the project was too ideal and beautiful at the beginning,so it is easy to get the impression of "ill-fated".Although this project has been tracked by the media,academia has also conducted research,but lacks systematic analysis of the whole process.In this paper,on the basis of field investigation,this article found that the high-speed rail project has undergone great changes in route planning,cooperation methods,etc.it was found that the cause of the ups and downs was not as simple as the Thai government blamed on the unqualified project conditions and was not as abstract as interpreted by the Thai government " for the national interest".The Sino-Thailand high-speed rail project was mainly affected by the domestic political factors of Thailand: First,the change of the government led to the change of the cooperation agreement,and second,the differences among various interest groups in route selection,security and interest distribution in Thailand delayed the cooperation process of the high-speed rail project.The research focus on systematically reviewing the development process and changes of the project,and analyze which factors in Thai politics affect the high-speed railway projects,how and to what extent the impact of the impact.On the basis of these analyses,it provides inspiration or experience for The Sino-Thailand high-speed rail project and a series of overseas high-speed railway cooperation projects of China.As far as the current development trend is concerned,the prospect of the Sino-Thai high-speed rail project is foreseeable in the future. |
