The Study Of The Homestay In The Ancient Quanzhou City

With the rapid development of global tourism,as local tourists to experience local customs and practices,accommodation,catering services and facilities,in the vigorous development of various regions of our country.Considerable economic benefits to attract many investors to join the homestay business,as an emerging industry,B&B operators unknown concept and characteristics,“Blind imitations,lack of features,hardware competitions,strong commercial atmosphere,and weak geographical links ” revealed disadvantages such as convergence of B&B development.The research on the homestay in China is still in its infancy.The concepts and characteristics of the homestay have not been unified yet.There is a lack of systematic research on the homestay in a certain area.This article selects the B&B of Quanzhou Ancient City,which has a certain scale of development,as the object of study.It hopes to clarify the concept and characteristics of the B&B and explore the design strategies of the local B&B.Through literature research,research interviews,and participating in bed and breakfast work,this article first combs the theory of homestay,clarifying the definition of the bed and breakfast,distinguishing the difference between a homestay and other easily confusing travel facilities,and clarifying the characteristics of the homestay,that is,the homestay is a bridge that conveys regional culture.The owner is The soul of the bed and breakfast.The homestay has a homely atmosphere and interacts with guests and guests.The bed and breakfast undertakes social functions such as sightseeing and tourism experience,industrial economy,culture,education,and community development.Secondly,combing the development of the old town district of Quanzhou and the characteristics of trends and operations,and summarizing the architectural features of the B&B’s old town residential area,that is,continuing the architectural features of residential buildings in Minnan,home-style spatial forms,small and refined,reflecting the multi-culture of the ancient city,and clarifying the ancient city area Should develop its own characteristics.Briefly state the current problems in the old town of Quanzhou,namely the unclear traits,the convergence of plans,and the lack of reasonable planning and messy building of bed and breakfast buildings,and the lack of a homestay area to create ideas and development restrictions.This will provide an in-depth analysis of the site layout,architectural functions,spatial organization,architectural image,and interior design of the B&B buildings in Quanzhou,clarifying the design points,and combining the case studies of traditional homestays in Jinmen,southern Fujian,and Ilan homestays in Yilan.Finally,from the aspect of product planning for bed and breakfast,we attach importance to derivative products,experience activities in combination with geographical resources,and suggestions for creating brands and synergistic development in the residential area.In the area of home and building design,we propose various space design proposals for bed and breakfasts,historical culture recalls,and life aesthetics.Sharing,enriching the host-guest exchanges,and the warm family atmosphere propose suggestions for creating homestay homes that reflect the characteristics of the homestay.By the interpretation of the design practice of "Tian Bian Cuo",the ancient B&B in Quanzhou,inspired the design of the B&B in Quanzhou.
