Traction drive is a kind of transmission mode which uses the shearing force of the elastic fluid oil film between two smooth traction wheels to transmit torque and power.Traction drive requires a sufficient positive pressure between the contact wheels to form a high pressure oil film to achieve sufficient traction drive efficiency.Because of the internal force balance of the planetary transmission structure,the planetary transmission structure is always the first choice for the constant speed traction drive.There are two kinds of normal pressure in traction drive: constant pressure method and adaptive pressure method.The bias loading method of the solar wheel is an adaptive loading method,and the normal pressure produced by the loading mode changes automatically with the change of load.In this paper,a new type of wedge loaded structure is designed,and then the optimal design is carried out,and then the planetary traction transmission is designed.This paper studies the planetary traction drive wedge loading principle,creatively put forward a new structure of planetary traction drive wedge loading,and analysis of its structure and force,wedge loaded planetary traction drive mechanism using laid the foundation.Study on the wedge loaded planetary traction drive mechanism of the influence factors of size,with the sun wheel radius,transmission ratio,eccentricity,sun wheel width and the traction coefficient of the five variables as the design variables,the sun gear,planetary gear and planetary wheel loading support and the minimum volume as the design goal,the mathematical model of mechanical optimization design the establishment of the whole device.MATLAB optimization toolbox is used to solve the optimal design,and the optimal solution is obtained.The planetary traction drive wedge loaded structure optimization design based on optimal solution,after rounding,design of planetary traction drive device.The main parts of the planetary traction drive are designed in detail,and their engineering drawings and assembly drawings are drawn.Based on the engineering drawing and assembly drawing of the planetary traction drive,the 3D solid model of the planetary traction drive is established by using the three-dimensional design software SolidWorks2012.Finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to carry out the finite element analysis of the planetary transmission mechanism.
