Study On Quality Management Control Of Ash Transportation System In Suizhong Power Plant

With the global economic integration and the rapid development of science and technology,the scale of enterprise production and marketing is expanding.The competition between enterprises and enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,the focus of competition is changed from "product quantity" to "product quality",and quality management has become the primary task of enterprise management.At present,quality management has developed from a single product quality inspection to a comprehensive and comprehensive quality management concept and method.Quality management is aimed at improving product quality,improving staff quality,saving resources and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises,and applies relevant theories and methods to carry out activities.Continuous quality management activities can improve the quality of products and increase the efficiency of enterprises.First,this paper analyzes the background and significance of the topic,summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on quality management,and makes a comparison and Analysis on the basis of the characteristics of Chinese enterprises.The related concepts and methods of quality management are expounded,which provides a theoretical basis for the research of this paper.Secondly,it enumerates the situation and achievements of the quality management activities in Suizhong power plant,analyzes the quality management status of the ash transportation system in Suizhong power plant,including three quality management measures,such as training management,defect management and assessment management,and gives a brief summary of the results and shortcomings.Thirdly,based on the related theory of quality management and using the quality management tools such as stratification,the quality problems of the ash transmission system in Suizhong power plant are found out from the aspects of personnel,machinery,raw materials,methods and environment,such as the quality of the inspection and maintenance,the blind area of the soot blowing and the low intake temperature.According to the quality problems of the ash transmission system in Suizhong powerplant,the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in the three aspects of pre management,management and post management.Finally,the quality management optimization scheme of the Suizhong power plant is evaluated.The measures are put forward in four aspects: the standardization of the measures,the specialization of the quality management,the construction of the quality management group and the optimization of the quality management and control system of the company.
