Research On The Quality Management Of Construction Project In 509 Residential District

As the core of the construction,construction quality is the lifeline of all construction work and it relates to the safety of life and property.It affects the overall situation of reform,development and stability,and it has a great relationship with social investment and environmental benefits of the project.Therefore,how to study the use of advanced quality management and control methods to ensure the quality of the project has important practical significance.Based on the basic theory and research methods in construction project quality management and quality control of the construction,this paper applys 4M1 E analytical methods to control the construction quality of 509 residential quarters during the construction phase.This paper uses statistical analysis to check the quality of construction and the reason analysis,it combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methods to analyse the most complex large-scale residential building projects,the most essential quality examining problems.This paper adopts comparative analysis,layers expand and comprehensive discussions to dig deeper reasons of affecting the quality of the project,and then develops targeted quality control programs.Finally,according to 509 residential community features,this paper makes the quality assurance measures in terms of resources,system,reward and punishment,and constructs the emergency mechanism for construction quality crisis.Based on 509 residential quarters of the project quality problems,we developed a detailed preventive measures for the construction.By studying the various constituent elements(men,materials,machine,methods,environment)which influencing construction project,this paper properly manages and controls the quality of construction projects and achieves the desired effect of quality management.This paper provides a useful reference for the establishment of quality management system of large-scale residential projects.
