| Belt conveyor is the important equipment of the port bulk cargo transportation,the stability of its operation directly affects the whole process of production process,and the belt’s running deviation is inherent recurring illness of belt conveyor.The Tangshan Caofeidian Ore Wharf,which is mainly to unload the bulk of bulk ore,is often affected by the running deviation of the belt conveyor when the material is transported.Only in 2017,the output was reduced to 600 thousand tons,which accounted for 26% of the equipment shutdown and the economic benefits exceeded 6 million yuan.Therefore,in view of the first phase of Caofeidian ore terminal,the belt deviation problem is further studied to reduce downtime and improve the production efficiency of belt conveyor.Firstly,by analyzing the force state of the belt during the running process,the fundamental reason of the belt running deviation is clarified;the influence rule of material parameters on belt running deviation is given by statistical analysis of mass production data;the static rectifying and dynamic rectifying measures of belt conveyor are analyzed;the method of adjusting the belt roller frame is put forward to carry out dynamic rectifying and the deviation of belt machine is controlled by adjusting the swing Angle parameter of the roller.In order to detect the belt deviation amount of the belt conveyor accurately,a new type of mechanical deviation amount detection device is designed and developed.The method of measuring the deviation amount of belt is put forward.The expression of relationship between the belt deviation amount and the swing angle of the roller frame is given.By the actual belt running deviation test,the accuracy of the belt running deviation detection device is verified.Based on the test of belt running deviation amount,the automatic rectifying system of belt machine was developed,and the detection signal of running deviation was processed by wavelet denoising,which formed the big data of belt running track.Through stepping control drive and automatic logic control,the actual application of 2 sets 7500t/h stacker-reclaimer in the first phase ore wharf of Caofeidian port of Tangshan was completed,and the expected effect was achieved. |
