Qinhuangdao port is located in the north bank of the bohai sea,northeast of hebei province,the natural conditions are very good.The loading building is an important loading equipment of qinhuangdao port,which has the advantages of easy control,high loading efficiency and high loading accuracy compared with the traditional manual loading method.However,due to years of use and higher loading requirements,the spindle structure and control mode need to be optimized.In this paper,the fault diagnosis and analysis of the hydraulic system is firstly carried out,and the fault tree pattern is established.The most probable fault location and reason of hydraulic system are analyzed,and the modification scheme is put forward.Subsequently,the transformation plan was formulated,hoping to increase the turning moment of the flip by adding a set of flip hydraulic cylinders.Then,the simulation analysis of the main shaft of the drive connecting rod is carried out with the finite element simulation analysis method.The main shaft and the head part of the spindle need to be optimized as well,after the establishment of the 3d model,the main shaft structure and the shaft part of the new flap were designed,and the structure simulation was carried out using the Workbench.By comparing the structure before and after improvement,the correctness of structural improvement is determined.After structural improvement,the hydraulic system and control mode need to be improved.Therefore,AMESim software was used to simulate the improved hydraulic system,through the simulation analysis,it proves that the redesigned hydraulic system can complete the loading work of the loading building and has high reliability.Finally,the previous PLC program was analyzed and new control procedures were added to adapt to the new structure and hydraulic system.Moreover,more complicated control is completed to improve the turnover efficiency of the flip board.
