Vacuum Package Container Design For The Skin Care Products Based On Experience Design

The concept of fine daily chemical products is very broad,and well known.The most frequent exposures are the skin-care products.With the enrichment of people’s living standard,skin care products become a daily product category.However,in recent years,lots of skin care products on the market have been gradually exposed to people’s attention.Many brands that claim no preservatives actually add some other “unusual” preservatives to enhance the stability of the product,but this kind of preservatives is still quite irritate to sensitive skin.As a result,the market has gradually begun to be popular with the concept of natural and organic skin care,advocating the use of ingredients to simplify and to use a better vacuum packing container with better sealing performance than ordinary packaging.With the emergence and development of customized design,customized skin care products have increasingly occupied and opened up new markets.The customized skin care products can be specific and more efficiency in many aspects,improve the user experience of the skin care products,but this products have some drawbacks in the packaging and container structure.Including the structure may be too crude,provides poor experience and more.So how to solve the problem in this kind of skin care products is through reasonable design,"experience design" and structural innovation.Based on the concept of "experience design",this paper expounds the specific requirements of the concept of experience design for packaging structure design and mainly focus on the aspects of packaging structure,packaging materials and packaging methods.Through the literature analysis,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,and,structure and usability of several existing canonical products are analyzed by the case analysis method.Based on the concept of experiential design,the necessity of improving the packaging container for skin care products is explained,and the design scheme for optimizing the packaging container through material and structure is proposed to solve the existing structure of the existing skin care packaging container in the structure.The conflict problem of tightness,efficiency collocation and component simplification.In this way,the product vacuum packaging structure can be more scientific and reasonable,also promote the development of custom-made skin care products,so that the experience design can be applied more widely.
